Our structure
Under the AAIF Act, the Governing Board, comprising a minimum of three and up to eight appointed members, is responsible for the management and administration of AAIF. Our organisational structure reflects AAIF’s regulatory, supervisory and registry responsibilities, as well as its operational requirements. Internal governance, strategic direction and delegated authorities are exercised by the Governing Board and supported by designated Committees. Engagement with external stakeholders is facilitated through advisory panels and consultative forums, ensuring ongoing dialogue with industry participants and other relevant bodies within the financial services sector.
