AAIF regulates financial services, insurance supervision, asset assurance frameworks and authorised financial markets operating within the Republic of Poland.
Financial Services
AAIF licenses and supervises financial service providers to ensure they operate efficiently, transparently and in accordance with applicable laws.
These entities may include investment firms, asset managers, insurance intermediaries, financial advisory firms and other regulated financial institutions.
Consumer Credit and Insurance
AAIF oversees entities engaged in consumer credit, insurance distribution and asset protection services. We ensure that licensed institutions comply with prudential, conduct and consumer protection standards established under the AAIF Act and applicable Polish financial regulations.
Financial Markets
AAIF assesses and monitors authorised financial markets operating in Poland to ensure they function in a fair, orderly and transparent manner. This includes supervision of licensed equity, derivatives and other regulated trading environments, as well as oversight of market participants to uphold integrity and stability.
